Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services provided by Conscious Rewire Coaching ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing coaching services or programs, you agree to this policy.

2. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and considered completed.
• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds are not provided for completed coaching sessions.

3. Coaching Packages & Programs (e.g., 90-Day Programs)

• Due to the nature of coaching and the commitment required, program fees are generally non-refundable once the program has commenced.
• If a written refund guarantee is offered at the time of purchase, the specific terms of that guarantee will apply.
• Payment plans remain binding. Clients are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

• All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, and online resources are final.
• No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving medical emergencies or significant unforeseen events, refund or credit requests may be reviewed at our discretion. Documentation may be required.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Conscious Rewire Coaching must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:
• A rescheduled session, or
• A credit toward future services

Where appropriate, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.

7. Termination of Coaching Relationship

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates program agreements, behaves inappropriately, or fails to comply with these policies. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Conscious Rewire Coaching directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.

9. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
