About Conscious Rewire Coaching

Rewiring Strength — Physically, Mentally, and Nutritionally

At Conscious Rewire Coaching, we believe strength is more than physical—it’s a practice, a mindset, and a set of habits that support you through every season of life.

Founded by Lauren Taylor, Conscious Rewire Coaching exists to help everyday people reconnect with their innate capacity for strength—without burnout, extremes, or quick fixes. Our work is rooted in the belief that when training, nutrition, and recovery are aligned with real life, progress becomes sustainable.

We bring together evidence-based strength training, conscious nutrition, and mindful habit-building to create a personalized approach to health—one that supports confidence, resilience, and long-term well-being through life’s transitions.

Health Through Habit

We don’t train to chase perfection.
We train to live better.

Health Through Habit is the foundation of everything we do at Conscious Rewire Coaching. It’s a philosophy that connects movement, nutrition, and mindfulness into simple, repeatable practices that support real life.

Rather than relying on motivation or extremes, each program is designed to help you build habits that strengthen your body, regulate your nervous system, and bring clarity to your daily choices—so progress becomes something you can sustain, not something you have to force.

The Conscious Rewire Framework

Move — Strength Built to Last

Train with intention to develop strength that supports real life.

Evidence-based strength training centered on fundamental movement patterns that build confidence, durability, and long-term resilience.

Nourish your body to support energy, hormones, and recovery.

Balanced, whole-food recipes, ferments, and simple meal plans designed to fuel strength without restriction or overwhelm.

Recover — Recover with Purpose

Create space for adaptation, not burnout.

Intentional recovery and breathwork practices that reduce stress, improve focus, and support your body’s ability to adapt—both in training and daily life.

Lauren has coached hundreds of clients across a wide range of needs and life stages—from first-time movers and postpartum mothers to individuals in complex care settings and competitive athletes at the university level.

Her experience includes working with medically complex and neurologically vulnerable clients, as well as high-performing athletes, giving her a rare ability to adapt training with precision, care, and confidence. Across all populations, her focus remains the same: building Everyday Strength through sustainable habits that support long-term health.

Lauren’s approach blends science-driven training with compassionate, client-centered coaching, empowering people to develop confidence, resilience, and capability that extends far beyond the gym.

In addition to her coaching work, Lauren is an active national-level strongwoman athlete and a national gold medalist in varsity sport. She continues to hold the University of Saskatchewan Huskies record in women’s high jump, a testament to her long-standing relationship with high-performance sport.

This lived experience—training, competing, recovering, and adapting over decades—shapes how she coaches today. Lauren understands firsthand what it takes to build strength that evolves with life, not against it.

Lauren has coached hundreds of clients — from first-time movers such as toddlers' gymnastics and postpartum mothers to elite athletes (could we have a “like Chelsea Ells, U of S Huskie high jumper with an attached testimonial? I’d also like to add my complex care experience) — helping them build Everyday Strength and Health Through Habit. Her approach combines science-driven training with compassionate coaching, empowering clients to develop confidence and resilience beyond the gym.
