— Lauren Taylor

Lauren Taylor is a strength and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience in personal training and more than 20 years of coaching experience. She began her coaching career in gymnastics and transitioned into personal training five years later, working professionally in strength and fitness since 2010.


Her approach blends evidence-based strength training, functional movement, and mindfulness—helping clients move with purpose, build confidence, and develop strength that lasts.

Lauren’s experience spans complex care settings, medically vulnerable populations, high-performing athletes, and the general population, giving her a rare ability to adapt training to the individual in front of her.


With a background in kinesiology and functional movement, she founded Conscious Rewire Coaching to support everyday people in building resilience through habit-based health, not quick fixes.


Her programs are designed to meet you where you are— from first-time movers and busy professionals to postpartum mothers and seasoned athletes—supporting strength across all stages of life.


I don’t teach quick fixes. I help people build real strength that lasts - not for weeks, but for decades.
